Entry Fees and Deadlines
Pre-registration is $25 - both for online or mail. All pre-registration entries must be completed by the following deadlines:
Mailed applications: postmarked May 21, 2010; On-line applications: June 4, 2020
No refunds will be issued after May 22, 2010. All late entrants must register race day at the event. A $5 late registration fee applies.
Race Packet Pick-up & Check-In
To avoid day-of-race congestion, all participants are encouraged to pick up their race packets in advance at the office of Sheltair Aviation located at 90 Arrivals Avenue, just west of the main terminal at Long Island MacArthur Airport. Please park in Resident Lot 6. Packets can be picked up on Friday, June 4 between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. See map for directions.
Race Categories & Awards
Custom-made medals will be awarded to the top three males and females for the overall race, and in the following age divisions: 14-years-old and under; 15 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 - 44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; and 75 and over.
In addition, one award (male/female) will be given in each of these categories: Military (active and veteran); wheelchair; and airport employee.*
*Airport employee refers to any individual employed by any company or organization located on the grounds of Long Island MacArthur Airport.
